Studio Policies

Enrolment & Tuition

Enrolment in the studio is based on a reserved weekly lesson time. Tuition is calculated based on a 40-week academic year and divided into equal monthly payments (September–June).

Monthly tuition is not based on the number of lessons in a given month. Some months may include 4 or 5 lessons depending on the calendar.

Payment Policy

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month, with reminders sent in advance.
We kindly ask that payments be completed on time to keep lesson scheduling running smoothly.
Payments are made via e-Transfer, with details provided upon enrollment.

Make-Up Lessons

Missed lessons are not guaranteed to be made up.

In cases of advance notice, a make-up lesson may be offered at the teacher’s discretion and subject to availability.

Teacher Absence

If a lesson is cancelled by the teacher, a make-up lesson or credit will be provided.

Summer Term (July-August)

The studio operates on a flexible summer schedule. Lesson packages and scheduling options will be announced separately.

Agreement

Enrolment in the studio indicates agreement with all studio policies.
